The highly influential artist found an original and challenging place between the chairs of De Stijl and (blockbuster-) Wild Style. In the scope of Auswahl : Asphaltkultur, he shows his cycle “Plan Ma-Tic”, ranging from prints to sprypaint-on-canvas to the bold object “Master-Plan-Matic”. 		<description><![CDATA[ArtyFarty Gallery opened its doors in 2009 in the Belgian Quarter of downtown Cologne, showcasing the work of internationally active street artists on a monthly basis. The Belgian quarter has become a magnet for new creative projects and gallery owner Coskun Gueven has turned ArtyFarty Gallery into a street-art hub, attracting a public who don&#8217;t feel connected to academy art, but who want to keep up with the latest developments of visual art in the context of the city.   The gallery shows an unpredictable mix of contemporary urban art, including graffiti, illustration, sculpture and photography &#8211; Swanski, Morcky, Raymond Lemstra, Sozy One, Will Barras, Wayne Horse and Joska are just a few of the new-generation artists who have been featured. The exhibition opening nights can feature DJs, live music and performances. The ArtyFarty Bar alongside the gallery space is open Thursday to Saturday, providing direct contact between art and life &#8211; a buzzing meeting place with a unique soundtrack.
